I bought something but didn't receive it.
Force-quit the app and reopen it — most pending purchases retry on next launch. If it still doesn't deliver after a few minutes, email us with the Google Play order ID (you'll find it in the Play Store receipt email) and we'll look it up.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Google Play, not by us. Open the Play Store → Account → Order history → tap the purchase → Request a refund. Google usually approves refunds within 48 hours of purchase.
How do I cancel my VIP subscription?
Open the Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Wordfall → Cancel subscription. Your VIP benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email info@iridescent-games.com with the subject Delete my data. Include a screenshot of your in-app profile (Settings → Profile shows your user ID suffix). We'll wipe all cloud-side records within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.
My progress disappeared after switching phones.
Wordfall syncs progress automatically through your anonymous Firebase account. If a transfer didn't work, sign into the same Google account on the new device, then reinstall — the cloud save should restore on first launch. If it doesn't, email us with your old user ID suffix and we'll manually link the saves.
Someone is harassing me in club chat.
Long-press their message → Report message or Block user. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Blocked users' messages will not appear in your chat from that point on.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email us with: your phone model, OS version, app version (Settings → About → Version), and a description of what went wrong (screenshots help). We monitor crash reports automatically, but a written report from you always speeds things up.
How do the Mystery Wheel odds work?
Tap "View odds" on the Mystery Wheel screen for the full per-segment probability table. The full breakdown is also published in our Privacy Policy.
Why am I seeing ads if I bought "Remove Ads"?
Open the Shop → tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your entitlements from Google Play. If ads still appear, force-quit and reopen the app. If still broken, email us with your order ID.
How do I opt out of personalized ads or analytics?
In-app: Settings → Privacy. Toggle off Personalized Ads and/or Analytics. Both changes take effect immediately. You can opt back in any time.
